The developer of EWB, felt there was a need to address cyberbullying. Along with addressing online etiquette and how people leave foots prints in the web and many times do not realize how these actions can follow them through their lifes and affect their jobs, relationships and society.
The developer Dr. M. Nesshengel-Hopp, has always worked within the educational field and with none-profits. She has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations and minoring in human relations in December 2012 from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She also has a Masters of Science from St. Cloud State University in Mass Communications. She also received her Doctorate degree from University of Phoenix in Education and Leadership in September 2017. Dr. Nesshengel-Hopp has experience counseling troubled youthand working with high risk students and minority students. Her passion lies in helping faculty, students and parents achieve their personal, education and professional goals while dealing with online issues, life issues and difficult situations. She has over 10 years of higher educational experience , curriculum and program and policy development.
